Hands-on labs give you experience with network design from information gathering to planning at a high-level and detailed designs including RF Planning, Redundant High Density Campus Architecture, location services, Outdoor Stadium Very High Density and Remote Access Branch office designs. Aruba best practices for designing wireless networks in challenging RF environments such as auditoriums, lecture halls, stadiums, hospitals, and retail environments for redundancy and high availability will be followed. Aruba ClearPass Essentials
This Instructor Led Training (ILT) course prepares participants with foundational skills in Network Access Control using the ClearPass product portfolio. This 5-day classroom session includes both modules and labs to teach participants about the major features of the ClearPass portfolio. Participants will learn how to setup ClearPass as a AAA server, and configure the Policy Manager, Guest, OnGuard and OnBoard feature sets. In addition, this course covers integration with external Active Directory servers, Monitoring and Reporting, as well as deployment best practices.
Aruba ClearPass Fundamentals
The Aruba ClearPass Fundamentals instructor-led course prepares participants with foundational skills in Network Access Control using the ClearPass product portfolio. This 3-day course includes instructional modules and hands-on labs to lead participants through the implementation and configuration of a ClearPass Network Access Control solution. This course is the first of two sections in the complete ClearPass Essentials course, and is designed to build the learner’s foundational knowledge in authentication and access control using ClearPass.
Aruba Design Fundamentals
This course provides you the fundamental knowledge for an Aruba network design. This course will teach you the Aruba product lines to help you design an Aruba network with the assistance of a senior designer. This course teaches you how to read a customer request and extract information you need to design a wired and wireless network. You’ll learn how to use VRF, a tool that helps you determine the wireless coverage needs. You will also learn how to use IRIS to create a BOM for wired and wireless equipment and a basic network diagram. This course is approximately 50% lecture and 50% hands on lab exercises.
Aruba Mobility Fundamentals
This course teaches the knowledge, skills and practical experience required to set up and configure a basic Aruba WLAN utilizing the OS 8.X architecture and features. Using lecture and labs, this course provides the technical understanding and hands-on experience of configuring a single Mobility Master with one controller and AP Aruba WLAN. Participants will learn how to use Aruba hardware and ArubaOS to install and build a complete, secure controller network with multiple SSIDs. This course provides the underlying material required to prepare candidates for the Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) V8 certification exam.
Aruba Switching Fundamentals
This course teaches you the fundamental skills necessary to configure and manage modern, open standards-based networking solutions.
In this course, participants learn about ArubaOS switch technologies including: VLANs, secure access, redundancy technologies such as MSTP, link aggregation techniques including LACP, and switch virtualization with Aruba’s Virtual Switching Framework (VSF). You also learn about IP Routing including static and dynamic IP routing with OSPF. This course teaches you how to deploy Aruba wireless Access Points and configure Aruba Instant Access Point (IAP) Clustering technology.
